Lawrence Kirsch is a senior marketing and management executive who brings a broad range of experience and “Best Practices” in strategic marketing and management across a wide variety of consumer and business-to-business industries.

Mr. Kirsch has served in marketing, product development, and brand management for over 25 years.  Since opening the consulting firm in 1990, he has emphasized market share growth and profit through innovative marketing programs incorporating solid research, a complete understanding of the channels of distribution, unique positioning, creative marketing tactics, and strong relationships with strategic partners.  His expertise includes Internet & E-commerce, consumer products, industrial manufacturing, business-to-business products, construction, and wholesale & packaged food products. 

As a marketing and management consultant, Mr. Kirsch moves quickly to assess the organization’s strengths and weaknesses relative to the market, the competition, and the opportunities facing the company. He has assisted companies in identifying and developing appropriate markets for their products and services.  Working closely with existing management, marketing, and sales staff, along with engineering and research & development, Mr. Kirsch provides the level of experience, knowledge, and support necessary to move the development team forward.  Opportunities are identified and the appropriate strategies for successful product introduction and market growth are developed.

Prior to opening his consulting firm, Mr. Kirsch worked for VOEST Alpine, Austria's largest manufacturer, assisting product development specialists in developing and marketing turnkey products and services to international customers.  At Beecham Products (Glaxo Smith Klein), an international consumer products company, he was responsible for the budgeting, sales forecasting and strategic, competitive analysis for two, multi-million dollar product brands.  As Vice President of Marketing for The Kirlin Corporation, he redefined the direction and strategy for the company and its products, establishing the foundation for the company's most profitable growth in its history.

Mr. Kirsch has an MBA in International Marketing from Emory University, Atlanta and a Certificate in International Marketing from Johannes Kepler University, Linz, Austria.

Mr. Kirsch has been active with the American Marketing Association, San Diego Venture Group, and the MIT Enterprise Forum. He is currently an Entrepreneur In Residence with CONNECT, assisting early stage technology companies, and an Advisor to Pacific Community Ventures, providing companies with management & marketing direction.  He co-founded a non-profit corporation (IRS-501-C3) to provide San Diego regional students of film an opportunity to work alongside industry professionals in the production of short, festival films.  He served as the first President of the organization and Producer on the initial project.  Mr. Kirsch is an award-winning Toastmasters Speaker and a Distinguished Faculty Member of the University of Phoenix instructing M.B.A. candidates in advanced marketing and strategic management.
